- How quickly can I get a rubber stamp made?
- From one hour, with no rush charge. Order by 1pm for next-day UK delivery, or collect from us in London until 8pm the same day.
- Can I collect my stamp in London?
- Yes — collection is free from 63 Ennerdale Drive, London NW9 0DX, UK, until 8pm. Tell us roughly when you're coming and it'll be waiting.
- Do you charge extra for urgent stamps?
- No. Same-day and one-hour stamps cost the same as any other order. We have made stamps in London since 1979 and urgency is normal here, not a premium service.
- Will I see the design before it's made?
- Yes. We send a proof of the exact artwork and nothing is made until you approve it. If something needs changing, you tell us on the proof page and we redo it.
- Can you make a stamp from my own logo or artwork?
- Yes. Send us a logo, a photo of an old stamp, or a sketch, and we will redraw it to fit the die. Complicated artwork is redrawn by hand rather than traced automatically.
