What we collect

When you order or request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (for posted orders), and the content of your stamp design — the text, artwork or logo you provide.

Why we collect it

Solely to design, make, deliver and support your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

Where it lives & how long

Order details and designs are stored securely (Supabase, hosted in London, UK) so we can support reorders and warranty queries. We keep order records for 6 years in line with UK tax requirements. You may request deletion of your design and contact data at any time — email sales@rubberstamp.co.uk.

We ask before setting anything that isn't strictly necessary, and nothing analytical runs until you say yes. Here is everything this site stores on your device:

The first two are browser storage rather than cookies, and exist only to deliver something you asked for. Google Analytics is the only third party, it is disabled by default, and we send it no advertising or personalisation signals.
