What we collect

When you order or request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (for posted orders), and the content of your stamp design — the text, artwork or logo you provide.

Why we collect it

Solely to design, make, deliver and support your order, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.

Where it lives & how long

Order details and designs are stored securely (Supabase, hosted in London, UK) so we can support reorders and warranty queries. We keep order records for 6 years in line with UK tax requirements. You may request deletion of your design and contact data at any time — email sales@rubberstamp.co.uk.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. This involves cookies; data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
